Always Invite AI to the Table.
The most important seat at the table this year belongs to the partner who never sleeps. #CoIntelligence

Ethan Mollick makes this a core rule in his book Co-Intelligence. For those of us in the People and Culture space, the table isn't just a meeting room. It is where we actually change how people work.
We have all seen the workshop trap. A team gets inspired and learns a new framework, but by Monday morning, most of that knowledge is gone. We call it the forgetting curve, and it is the biggest hurdle to real transformation.
The missing piece is not more content. It is better reinforcement.
When we bring AI into the learning process, we move from one-off events to continuous engagement. It acts as a 24/7 thinking partner. AI does not get tired of answering questions about how to apply a framework to a difficult conversation at 10 PM. It creates a safe space to role-play new behaviors before they happen in real life.
Standard work only matters if people can use it. AI takes a complex change strategy and turns it into a coach that guides a leader through specific milestones. We cannot put a Master Black Belt in every room, but we can program that logic into a partner that nudges teams toward better decisions.
AI is not replacing the human element of learning. It is making it stick. When we invite AI to the table, we are engineering a more resilient workforce.
How are you using AI to bridge the gap between learning and doing?
